You don't need to reserve either golf or tennis. The golf course hut opens at 8 AM if you need to rent a pull cart ($4). If you are looking for lessons, the type can vary from day to day. Lessons involving putting and pitching are at the putting green near the golf hut. Lessons involving full swing are across the road at the driving range. Oscar and the visiting instructor are there at 9 AM. No reservations are needed just show up. I often get up hit some range balls then play a round with some friends or my wife if she is doing golf ,not tennis that day. Tennis court has beginner lessons at 8:30, followed by intermediate and advanced. However, since it is hot by then, most people just show up for tennis at 8:30. No reservations are needed. My wife is a 4.0 player and she enjoys the morning drills which often end in either a round robin game or some mixed doubles.

Lessons are included in the package, I don't think that will change when it becomes a Breezes. Tipping either the resident pro or the visiting pro is not expected.
